The music completely changes the tone and feel of the video--with the natural sounds of the child talking, putting the puzzle together, it's interesting but very down-to-earth. Adding studio recorded music just instantly imbues it with this feeling of "here is a particularly important moment."
Hey! You changed the audio on this (I watched it this morning). I really like the audio you updated this with, however I would have loved to have heard some of that original phone message audio bleed through. ~Sweet~
Please never record video in a vertical position again. Landscape framing is the only way to work with video. I have conversations like this with my children everyday and that made me smile.
So cute!!
ReplyDeletei remember when i thought those puzzles were the coolest things in the world =D
nice videos =D
Brandon, I love the little boy. He seems to be a bright and funny young man. It is a good idea.

ReplyDeleteAdorable diegetic video. The non-diegetic fits the assignment, I just wish there was something more than Just a music overlay.
ReplyDelete(p.s. portrait filming on a phone, oh noes! Just next time flip the phone on it's side :3)
Little kids are too adorable! This is very cute. good job :)
ReplyDeleteVery cute video.Love the song choice.

ReplyDeleteThe non-diegetic seemed so much more...dramatic. Just the way it seemed like an important point in this child's life.
ReplyDeleteI especially like the little boy's attitude. Super adorable!
